  • No Insurance Commission if you have an insurance broker. Reducing the cost of your insurance premiums, we can manage your policy and drop the broker for an even simpler approach.
  • Meetings are always offered online and in-person, held in locations close to your property, no trekking to an inconvenient office.
  • Single monthly subscription and hourly additional charge. No annoying sneaky fees like admin and archive etc.
  • Only Senior Strata Managers managing portfolios. If you're not managed personally by Lee, you are with an industry expert.
